Summary: The Creative Solutions Project Manager at Time Out is responsible for driving revenue growth through integrated creative solutions, working closely with the sales team and creative strategists. This client-facing role requires expertise in multi-platform content marketing and project management, overseeing various campaigns from large-scale partnerships to smaller commercial projects. The successful candidate will collaborate with multiple teams to ensure high-quality content execution and effective campaign delivery. This position is a 9-month maternity cover based in London with a hybrid working arrangement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work in tandem with the Branded Content Editor on executing custom content, including digital features, newsletters, experiential events, social content, video, and more.
  • Collaborate with internal resources and external suppliers to create accurate and achievable project timelines.
  • Commission videographers and content creators on social video content and manage the shoot process, attending shoots where necessary.
  • Run individual project P&Ls to ensure all projects run within stipulated profit margins.
  • Facilitate the amendment/approval process between clients and suppliers.
  • Attend client and agency meetings and lead status updates.
  • Work alongside the delivery team to schedule and optimise digital and social campaigns to deliver agreed client KPIs.
  • Regularly report on delivery and key metrics for creative solutions campaigns, working closely with the creative solutions strategists.
  • Occasionally contribute to internal brainstorming sessions for collaborative concept generation and proposal making.

Key Skills:

  • A proven track record of delivering successful campaigns and projects.
  • A good understanding of the cross-platform sales process and commercial projects in general.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills internally and externally with clients and suppliers.
  • At least 5 years of project management experience, preferably in a publishing environment.
  • Ability to learn on the job to develop a working knowledge of Time Out’s platform, technologies, and processes.
  • Maintain internal working processes within the wider commercial team.
