Summary: The Creative Producer role in London involves overseeing the creative production process from pitch consultation to post-production, ensuring seamless execution and stakeholder management. Key Responsibilities:
- Review creative concepts for feasibility and recommend vendors.
- Provide pitch consultation and vet creative ideas, sharing execution feasibility, timing, and pricing per existing materials.
- Offer hands-on creative guidance or ideas for important pitches or meetings to drive innovation.
- Ensure productions move seamlessly from kick-off to delivery by leveraging central systems to communicate progress, timing, and key milestones.
- Facilitate the intake and prioritization of package production and communicate timelines autonomously.
- Develop and identify best-in-class executions and promote those within the company to drive FOMO.
- Build trusted relationships with sales, advertisers, agencies, and 3rd party vendors.
- Collaborate with cross-functional team members in Legal, Marketing, Engineering, Product, and Business Development.
- Stay informed on the latest developments in the creative, production, and technology industries, especially in AI.
Key Skills:
- Minimum 5+ years relevant work experience with creative agency, platform, brand, or transferable background.
- Demonstrated understanding of platform, agency, and brand dynamics in digital marketing.
- Proven ability to manage large and small-scale campaign production.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
