Summary: The role of Creative Producer involves overseeing the end-to-end delivery of experiential activations for a leading brand experience agency. Key Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end delivery of experiential activations, from initial kick-off through to live execution
- Translate overarching creative concepts into tangible environments, finishes and details (print, furniture, styling, materials, props and branded elements)
- Collaborate closely with Creative Directors to maintain creative integrity throughout production
- Lead early concepting and presentation phases, incorporating client feedback and revisions
- Manage pre-production activity, working with 2D and 3D designers, suppliers and site teams
- Oversee sourcing and styling during build-up phases, ensuring quality and cohesion
- Deliver confidently on site, managing final builds, installs and live execution
Key Skills:
- Proven experience as a Creative Producer delivering experiential, event or brand activation projects
- Comfortable balancing conceptual creative thinking with hands-on production delivery
- Strong understanding of fabrication, print, set build or spatial environments
- Confident working across multiple fast-paced projects simultaneously
- Collaborative, solutions-focused approach with excellent attention to detail
- Experience working on large-scale, high-pressure live environments is highly advantageous

We’re supporting a leading brand experience agency that is scaling up freelance Creative Producer support for a number of activations this summer. This is an exciting opportunity to work across multiple immersive, design-led environments, taking creative concepts and delivering them end-to-end, from early-stage theming and design through to build, styling and live delivery on site. You’ll sit at the heart of the creative and production process, partnering closely with Creative Directors, designers and production teams to ensure ideas are brought to life beautifully, on time and to a premium standard.
