Summary: The Creative Outdoor Project Manager at Global will serve as a pivotal link between creative ideas and their execution, managing the end-to-end process of innovative campaigns. This role involves shaping incoming briefs, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring high-quality deliverables. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the triage and response of incoming creative briefs, assessing clarity, ambition, and feasibility.
  • Manage brief response by shaping scope, steering timelines, and aligning stakeholders.
  • Support the Creative Outdoor team with organized and high-quality creative brief responses.
  • Maintain quality control checks across deliverables to support high standards.
  • Assist with meeting and workshop logistics, including scheduling and follow-up notes.
  • Provide excellent customer service through responsive communication and organized delivery.
  • Raise POs, process invoices, and support project reporting and admin.
  • Enable innovation pilots and new propositions by coordinating stakeholders and operational delivery planning.
  • Capture learning from pilots and convert repeatable success into toolkits/processes.
  • Build and maintain a strong network of production partners and suppliers.
  • Be an ambassador for the team's delivery excellence and professionalism.
  • Identify operational improvements that unlock more creative impact and commercial value.
  • Maintain team trackers/spreadsheets with accuracy and support budget tracking processes.
  • Book meeting rooms and hospitality for clients/guests as required.

Job Description Creative Outdoor Project Manager (12-Month FTC)

Your Role: Creative Outdoor Project Manager

As a Creative Project Manager you'll sit at the heart of our creative output the connector between ideas, people and execution. You'll be the first point of contact for briefs coming into the team, helping shape them from early thinking through to delivery of standout creative work. You will be working with the Creative team and to the wider Commercial Team, its advertisers and agency partners supporting them to unlock ideas, elevate briefs and deliver bold innovative and creative concepts. You'll own the end to end project management of creativity and innovation-led campaigns from initial briefing and budgeting, brainstorming, ideation, visualisation and production, right through to final delivery and post campaign wrap up. Along the way, you'll help design smarter ways of working building and refine processes to help make creativity and innovation flow better, faster and further.

As a Creative Outdoor Project Manager at Global, you will:

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Ideas Lead the triage and response of incoming creative briefs assessing clarity, ambition and feasibility, asking the right questions upfront, and shaping briefs so they're ready to unlock strong creative thinking and efficient delivery.
  • Manage brief response: shaping scope, steering timelines, aligning stakeholders and guiding ideas through visualisation and pitching.
  • Support the Creative Outdoor team and wider Commercial stakeholders with organised, responsive and high quality creative brief responses (mood boards and presentation materials)
  • Maintain quality control checks across deliverables (decks, mock-ups, narrative) to support high standards.
  • End to End Services Maintain quality control checks across deliverables (decks, mock-ups, narrative) to support high standards.
  • Support meeting and workshop logistics, including scheduling, agendas/actions, and follow-up notes.
  • Assist team members with presentations for creative sessions/workshops using PPT and Keynote.
  • Be a first line of excellent customer service: responsive communication, clear documentation and organised delivery.
  • Raise POs, process invoices, and support project reporting and admin with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Innovation Enable innovation pilots and new propositions by coordinating stakeholders, readiness, timelines, suppliers and operational delivery planning.
  • Capture learning from pilots and help convert repeatable success into toolkits/processes (productisation and market readiness).
  • Build and maintain a strong network of production partners and specialist suppliers to expand the team's capabilities.
  • Ensure stakeholder communication of NPDs is proactive, clear and consistent across Creative Outdoor and the wider Commercial team.
  • Education & Creative Leadership: Be an ambassador for the team's delivery excellence and professionalism, raising confidence within the commercial team, and across our external stakeholders to position Global Creative Outdoor as the best-in-class partner.
  • Champion creativity internally and externally by leveraging the Creative Partnerships already established Identify operational improvements that unlock more creative impact and/or commercial value.
  • Support awards readiness through process: ensuring projects are documented, assets captured and timelines managed to support submissions.
  • Team Processes: Maintain team trackers/spreadsheets (revenue trackers, forecasting inputs, project pipeline) with accuracy.
  • Support quoting and budget tracking processes as directed, ensuring information is up to date and consistent.
  • Book meeting rooms, refreshments and hospitality for clients/guests as required.
  • Apply feedback, training and coaching to improve delivery craft and how the team works.
