Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day studio operations and creative workflows.
  • Own project planning, resource management and brief allocation through Monday.com.
  • Build and improve processes, including AI-driven workflows and automation.
  • Manage stakeholder communications and project timelines.
  • Create project plans, schedules and Gantt charts.
  • Coordinate video and photography shoots, including locations, logistics and suppliers.
  • Oversee production paperwork, risk assessments and health & safety requirements.
  • Support and develop a collaborative, high-performing creative team.

Key Skills:

  • Experience in Creative Operations, Studio Management or Production Management.
  • Strong project and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience managing creative workflows and production schedules.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and workflow automation.
  • Experience planning and coordinating shoots.

We're looking for a highly organised Creative Operations Manager to join a busy in-house creative studio. You'll be responsible for managing workflow, resource allocation and project delivery while supporting a creative team working across high-volume campaigns and content production.
