Summary: The Creative Operations Manager will oversee the daily operations of an in-house creative studio, focusing on workflow management, resource allocation, and project delivery. This role requires collaboration with a creative team to execute high-volume campaigns and content production efficiently. The position is initially contracted for three months and operates in a hybrid work environment. The role is classified as inside IR35 with a daily rate of £400 to £450.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day studio operations and creative workflows.
- Own project planning, resource management and brief allocation through Monday.com.
- Build and improve processes, including AI-driven workflows and automation.
- Manage stakeholder communications and project timelines.
- Create project plans, schedules and Gantt charts.
- Coordinate video and photography shoots, including locations, logistics and suppliers.
- Oversee production paperwork, risk assessments and health & safety requirements.
- Support and develop a collaborative, high-performing creative team.
Key Skills:
- Experience in Creative Operations, Studio Management or Production Management.
- Strong project and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing creative workflows and production schedules.
- Familiarity with AI tools and workflow automation.
- Experience planning and coordinating shoots.
- Proficiency with Monday.com, Asana or similar project management platforms.
