Summary: The Creative Marketing Manager role involves leading creative efforts for a prestigious motorcycle manufacturer, focusing on graphic design and marketing within the EMEA region. The position requires collaboration with various teams to adapt and create marketing assets while ensuring brand consistency. The successful candidate will manage the EMEA asset library and work closely with stakeholders to meet creative requirements. This is a contract position based in the UK, classified as inside IR35.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Building and maintaining the EMEA asset library.
  • Managing and maintaining the EMEA Media Portal.
  • Collaborating with the Central London Brand Team to ensure asset production aligns with brand guidelines.
  • Liaising with model Brand Managers to ensure creatives and messaging are current and correct.
  • Meeting with Country Managers to fulfill market creative requirements.
  • Providing assets for model campaigns in collaboration with the Paid Media Team.
  • Managing ad hoc requests related to assets and branding from across Europe.
  • Adapting existing materials to meet stakeholder requirements.
  • Managing the New Product checklist to ensure timely availability of assets.
  • Overseeing local creative agency support, ensuring adherence to budgets and timelines.
  • Preparing and submitting status reports to stakeholders as required.
  • Supporting the wider Marketing Team to meet business objectives.

Key Skills:

  • Qualifications in Graphic Communication and/or Marketing, or relevant experience.
  • Highly skilled in Graphic Design within the Automotive and/or Motorcycle industries.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience in a design agency with skills in directing/copywriting for campaigns.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Understanding of key art and its impact on branding.
  • Ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Resilience and energy to manage ambiguity and change.
  • Strong work ethic and team player mentality.
