Summary: The Creative Graphic Designer role at GIFTA involves leading visual design efforts for influencer marketing campaigns, focusing on brand identity, social media content, and client-facing materials. This freelance position requires a creative individual with a strong design portfolio and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The designer will collaborate with various teams to ensure brand consistency and innovative visual outputs. The role is part-time, requiring four days of work per week over a six-month contract.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and evolve GIFTA’s brand identity across all visual outputs
- Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints while pushing creative boundaries
- Design static and dynamic content for social media platforms
- Create visuals for CRM emails, blogs, and website banners
- Design client-facing assets like proposal decks and packaging mock-ups
- Support strategy, marketing, and account teams with visual materials
- Collaborate with various teams and contribute to brainstorming sessions
- Manage multiple briefs and deadlines professionally
- Keep design files and templates organized and accessible
Key Skills:
- 2–4 years of experience as a designer (agency or in-house)
- A strong portfolio across digital, social, and print design
- Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or Figma
- Experience working on brand, campaign, and content creative
- Able to take ownership of visual output and elevate brand identity
- Comfortable working freelance
- Creative, curious, and confident with ideas
- Super organized and able to handle multiple projects
- Collaborative and enthusiastic, responsive to feedback
- Enjoys fast-paced environments and working with start-ups
