Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop campaign concepts and moodboards that translate briefs into compelling visual stories.
  • Present creative proofs-of-concept to senior leadership, articulating rationale and direction.
  • Research trends and cultural insights to keep creative vision relevant and forward-thinking.
  • Partner with product team and stylists to curate product selects and define styling direction.
  • Guide model casting, set design, and lighting approach in line with the creative vision.
  • Oversee the creative delivery during shoots, directing photographers, stylists, and models.
  • Ensure imagery reflects brand tone, campaign intent, and high visual standards.
  • Provide clear, real-time creative feedback throughout production.
  • Curate and present images to leadership, justifying creative choices.
  • Write precise retouching notes and oversee the refinement of final imagery.
  • Ensure all final assets meet creative, commercial, and technical expectations.
  • Work closely with Producers and Marketing teams for seamless creative alignment.
  • Be available for several campaigns per year, attending shoots on-site in London.
  • Maintain flexibility across UK and US time zones for cross-market collaboration.

The Opportunity
