Summary: The role of Creative Director – Art involves leading the visual direction of campaigns for various clients while working closely with a copy-based Creative Director and reporting to the Executive Creative Director. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the visual direction of campaigns for multiple clients across various channels.
- Collaborate with the existing copy-based Creative Director and report to the Executive Creative Director.
- Conceptualize and create award-winning campaigns in film/TV, DM/DRTV, digital, social, and print.
- Fill in for the Executive Creative Director during shoots or leave.
- Develop strong relationships with other departments, particularly Client Services and Planning.
- Contribute to the creative output and strategy of the department to attract new business and enhance agency reputation.

We are looking for an experienced Creative Director – Art for a 1 year FTC, Maternity cover. The successful candidate will work independently alongside an existing copy based Creative Director, reporting into our Executive Creative Director. The individual will have experience as a CD at a top advertising agency and be well versed in awards-level integrated and direct creative. From an art direction perspective, we are looking for a multi-channel talent with a fantastic eye for detail, who can shape and elevate the visual direction of the incredibly important work coming out of GOOD. Conceptually, you will be creating award-winning campaigns across several different clients and across multiple channels, including film/TV, DM/DRTV, digital, social and print. You will be a leading individual in the running of the department alongside the existing copy-based CD, filling in for the ECD when he is on shoots or on leave, but also owning, running and creatively directing work for designated clients. You’ll be responsible for concepting and leading projects through their hands-on creation and direction, whilst delivering excellence at every level. There will also be a requirement for a deep understanding the visual direction/guidelines and ambitions of the many charities and brands we work with. You’ll report into, work alongside and seek support where needed from the Executive Creative Director, but you will also need to develop strong relationships with other departments, particularly the Heads of Client Services and Planning.
