Summary: The Creative Artworker role involves supporting the launch of a new Brand Identity by developing and artworking various assets within a Creative Studio team. The position requires a strong understanding of design principles and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with a focus on maintaining brand consistency and quality across multiple formats. The role is full-time for 6 months and operates on a hybrid model from the West Midlands HQ. The candidate must possess excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interpreting briefs from the business and ensuring all designs are consistent with the new brand guidelines.
- Creating high-quality creative/artwork across all channels and formats such as customer journeys, brochures, email, social media, and video.
- Ensuring quality is of a high standard by proofreading and checking designs for errors, inconsistencies, and meeting client specifications.
- Sourcing and retouching images to bring brand elements into imagery.
- Being a brand guardian by giving best practice design advice for any activity undertaken on behalf of the brand to uphold the new brand guidelines.
- Keeping up to date with industry trends (AI, design, and software developments, etc).
- Copywriting headlines and small pieces of copy where necessary.
Key Skills:
- Experience in Adobe Creative Suite (essential) and Figma (desirable).
- Excellent knowledge of InDesign style sheets.
- Understanding of visual elements such as composition, colour, and typography.
- Strong ability to accurately interpret brand guidelines.
- Competent proofing & self-editing capability.
- Excellent knowledge of preparing documents for digital and print.
