Summary: The role of Creative Account Manager involves managing the delivery of product innovation assets for a prominent retail brand in Central London. The role is hybrid, requiring three days in the office and two days working from home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a liaison between brand managers, product development, and internal teams to interpret job requests and ensure clarity on project needs.
- Collaborate with traffic and senior operations teams to develop clear project briefs.
- Estimate time requirements for tasks and help manage internal resources effectively.
- Coordinate the flow of information and assets to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor project progress, providing regular updates to stakeholders and addressing potential issues proactively.
- Work closely with creative, production, and other internal teams to deliver high-quality creative campaigns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring their objectives are met through clear communication and collaboration.
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of creative projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction.
- Identify potential risks and proactively develop solutions to keep projects on track.
- Work with stakeholders to clearly understand their creative briefs and provide actionable feedback to the internal team.
- Track project progress, milestones, and client feedback, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Conduct post-project reviews to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.
Key Skills:
- At least 10 years of experience in account management, ideally within a creative agency or in-house marketing environment.
- Experience in the consumer goods industry is a plus.
- Proficiency with project management tools like Asana, Trello, or Wrike.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A strong eye for detail and a passion for quality in creative work.
- Highly organized, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver projects on time and within budget.
