Summary: The role of Creatio Senior Developer involves designing, configuring, and customizing Creatio-based CRM and process automation solutions. The position requires collaboration with Business Analysts and delivery teams to translate requirements into effective solutions, focusing on business processes, UI customizations, and integrations. The developer will also be responsible for implementing custom code and maintaining integrations with external systems. This is a hybrid role based in London, UK, with a contract duration of one year.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and customize Creatio CRM applications using low-code/no-code capabilities.
  • Build and maintain business processes, workflows, and automation logic in Creatio.
  • Develop/customize modules, business logic, and UI components (pages/sections/dashboards) within Creatio.
  • Implement extensions/custom code using .NET/C#, JavaScript, and SQL as needed for advanced capabilities.
  • Design and maintain integrations with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs (and associated Middleware patterns where applicable).
  • Support testing, UAT, deployment activities, and post-go-live enhancements; troubleshoot and resolve issues to ensure performance and reliability.
  • Produce technical/user documentation and enablement materials to support adoption and operations.
  • Work in Agile/Scrum delivery model and collaborate closely with Business Analysts/stakeholders to convert requirements into solution behavior.

Key Skills:

  • Hands-on experience with Creatio configuration, workflows, and business rules.
  • Basic to strong working knowledge of C#/.NET (depending on level), plus JavaScript and SQL.
  • Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP) and working with APIs.
  • Familiarity with Creatio data access patterns via OData (Creatio supports OData 4 and OData 3; OData 4 is recommended for integration).
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills for requirement translation and delivery coordination.
  • Creatio Developer certification (or equivalent) is a plus.
  • Experience leading code reviews/mentoring junior developers (Senior Developer expectations).
