Summary: The role is for a Band 6 Community Psychiatric Nurse (CPN) within the Drug & Alcohol Team on the Isle of Wight, offering a locum position with flexible hours. Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting mental health assessments and risk evaluations for individuals with drug and alcohol dependencies.
• Developing and implementing personalised care and treatment plans.
• Medication management and participation in duty rotas.
• Caring for a caseload and providing continuity of care.
• Overseeing students and supporting their learning and development.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, including addiction specialists and social workers.
• Maintaining accurate and detailed clinical records in line with compliance standards.
