Summary: Belmont Recruitment is seeking experienced Community Psychiatric Nurses (CPNs) or Registered Mental Nurses (RMNs) for positions in Essex and Hertfordshire. The role involves managing a caseload of clients with various mental health conditions, conducting assessments, care planning, and delivering treatment. Additional responsibilities include risk assessment and participating in the Initial Assessment/Duty Worker rota. This is a full-time, 3-month contract position with standard working hours from Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of clients experiencing mental health conditions.
  • Conduct assessments and develop care plans.
  • Deliver treatment to service users and their families.
  • Perform risk assessments and management.
  • Participate in the Initial Assessment/Duty Worker rota.

Detailed Description From Employer:

Belmont Recruitment are currently looking to speak with experienced CPN's/Community experienced RMN's for posts that we have across the Essex and Hertfordshire area.

The role will include you working with a caseload of clients - you will be required to assess, care plan and deliver treatment to a caseload of service users (and family members) who are experiencing a range of mental health conditions.

This includes risk assessment/management to protect the service user, family, friends and wider public. In addition to Care Co-ordination, the role includes that of participating in the Initial Assessment/Duty Worker rota alongside supporting timely discharges from inpatient services and transfers of care.

The post is initially a 3 month contract, working Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm for 37.5h a week

Hours: Full Time- 9am to 5pm

Days: Monday - Friday

Contract: 3 Months (+ongoing)

Salary: £25.00 to £26.00 per hour.
