Job Introduction We are seeking a flexible and reliable Zero Hours Site Manager to support our academy trust on an ad hoc basis. You will play a key role in ensuring our 11 school sites are safe, secure, and well-maintained, stepping in to cover absences or provide additional support when needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Opening and closing school sites as required
  • Carrying out basic maintenance and repairs
  • Ensuring health and safety standards are maintained
  • Supporting contractors and overseeing site access
  • Responding to urgent site issues across multiple locations including Boston, Spalding, Gedney and Old Leake.

Essential Criteria

  • Full, clean driving licence (travel between academy sites is required)
  • Ability to work flexibly and independently
  • Good communication and organisational skills
  • Practical and hands on approach

Desirable Criteria

  • Previous site management, caretaking or facilities experience
