Coupa Consultant

Summary: The Coupa Consultant will play a pivotal role in supporting the Accounts Payable module during a major SAP go-live. This position requires a hands-on expert to manage the Coupa AP module, ensuring it aligns with business needs and integrates effectively with the SAP platform. The consultant will serve as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and an external consultancy, focusing on optimizing invoicing processes. This role is critical for the successful transformation of the finance workstream.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the internal delivery and support of the Coupa Accounts Payable module.
• Act as the primary liaison between business users and the external implementation partner.
• Drive the design and execution of a robust invoicing process within Coupa.
• Support configuration, testing, and troubleshooting during the rollout phase.

Key Skills:

• Proven expertise in Coupa Accounts Payable (AP) module.
• Strong background in Coupa implementation projects.
• Experience with configuration and support of AP workflows.
• Knowledge of Coupa-to-SAP integrations.
• Hands-on data migration experience.
• Previous experience in a System Admin-type role within Coupa or similar tools.
