Summary: The Counterparty Credit Risk Business Analyst role at HSBC Innovation Bank involves managing and executing analysis activities within priority programmes, focusing on change management and implementation management. The position requires collaboration with various teams to ensure effective resource utilization and successful project delivery. The analyst will also oversee change interventions and track change readiness and adoption. This is an initial 6-month contract based in London with a hybrid working arrangement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute analysis activities within priority programmes.
- Support Requirements Management, Design, Change Management, and Implementation Management during project delivery.
- Guide teams on Requirements Management and analysis activities across multiple projects.
- Oversee Change Management activities, including planning, audience analysis, and designing change interventions.
- Responsible for Implementation Management, including planning and reporting on change deployment.
- Collaborate with Project Management Office, Process Consultants, and Business Consultants to ensure effective resource utilization.
Key Skills:
- Strong functional understanding of Market Risk and Counterparty Credit Risk (CCR) Data and Controls.
- Expert knowledge of Risk Engines, Monte Carlo Simulation, and Pricing Models.
- Advanced Business analysis, requirements gathering, and design techniques.
- Proven track record as an outstanding analyst or consultant in the financial services industry.
- Excellent communication, inter-personal, and negotiating skills.
- Experience managing large teams and resources remotely.
- Ability to work with senior stakeholders and business sponsors.
