Key Responsibilities:
- Establishing the development of cost baselines and managing cost reporting.
- Maintaining structured governance to support accurate forecasting and financial oversight.
- Setting, managing, and change controlling the AMP8 cost baseline throughout the strategic programme lifecycle.
- Leading the adoption, implementation, and assurance of cost control processes, methods, tools, procedures, and work instructions across the Directorate.
Key Skills:
- Higher education in Business Management, Commercial, Engineering, Project Management, or Finance related subject.
- APM qualification - APM PPQ, APM PMQ, or APM Major Project.
- Technical mastery of cost control and Earned Value Analysis.

Responsibilities of the Secondee:
- Cost Control Lead roles x 3
- Establishing the development of cost baselines, managing cost reporting, and maintaining structured governance to support accurate forecasting and financial oversight.
- Setting, managing and change controlling the AMP8 cost baseline throughout the strategic programme lifecycle to ensure alignment to the Hub PMO and Portfolio Baseline, enabling the production of value-add reports and insights.
- Leading the adoption, implementation and assurance of cost control processes, methods, tools, procedures and work instructions across the Directorate.
Qualifications/Certification Required:
- Higher education in Business Management, Commercial, Engineering, Project Management or Finance related subject.
- APM qualification - APM PPQ, APM PMQ or APM Major Project.
- Cost Control lead roles - Technical mastery of cost control and Earned Value Analysis
