Forming part of the firm's larger debt capital markets team, this dedicated corporate trust and agency team act for all the leading corporate trustees and agents operating internationally. The team has quickly become a market leader but has further exciting growth plans that include the hire of an additional NQ-4 PQE associate. Work involves advising corporate trustees and agents on a great spectrum of capital markets transactions including corporate debt, subordinated debt, CLOs and securitisations, and repackagings. Experience in debt capital markets is highly desired but excellent candidates with other finance experience (including a training seat) are welcome to apply.
