The successful candidate will play a key role in advising on a broad range of matters, including:
Acquisitions and disposals
Joint ventures
Corporate restructurings and reorganisation projects
The Candidate
We are keen to hear from Corporate Solicitors (ideally 3+ PQE) who:
Have strong corporate transactional experience gained within a leading law firm
Are confident managing matters with a high degree of autonomy
Can hit the ground running and integrate quickly into a busy team environment
Previous exposure to real estate-related corporate work would be advantageous, but is not essential.
