Eden Brown Synergy is currently working in partnership with a Public Sector Organisation in London which is looking to recruit a Corporate PMO Lead on an interim basis for 3 months initially.Job PurposeThe CPMO lead provides senior leadership to define, mobilise, oversee and coordinate multipleworkstreams to deliver the Council's change agenda, to achieve improved outcomes for residents.This role will manage a programme consisting of multiple workstreams with delivery across councildepartments. It is responsible for ensuring these are designed and delivered as a cohesive andintegrated programme of work that supports and drives the Council's aspirations and delivers agreedoutcomes to time, cost and quality standards.Job Context Wide range of internal and external contacts including directors, senior managers, electedmembers, professional bodies, partner organisations and government functions involving the useof a wide range of interpersonal skills. Partner other local authorities, public sector organisations and agencies, local businesses, thevoluntary sector and other stakeholders. Developing partnership working with key external stakeholders across the public, private andvoluntary sectors. Management and leadership of a high performance team. Lead role in the development of the council's services in this area. Operates within a framework set by Corporate and Departmental Management teams but withconsiderable freedom to shape services. Leads on policy and development and ensures implementation of new legislative requirements.
