Job Title: Corporate Paralegal
Location: City of London
Working arrangement: Hybrid (3 days in the office and 2 from home)
About the company: A prestigious US law firm.
Role overview: Our top US firm client is seeking a Corporate Paralegal to join on an initial 12 month FTC, working closely with their New York team. The paralegal will work alongside New York qualified Partners and Attorneys across all phases of corporate transactions, including leveraged finance and capital markets.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have previous Leveraged Finance, Capital Markets or US Securities experience gained at a similar law firm environment.
