Summary: The Corporate Legal PA role at an elite US law firm involves supporting a partner and two associates for an initial 12-month fixed-term contract. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complex diaries to include maintaining key client contact information
- Coordinate arrangements for client and non-client meetings including conference room reservations, lunches etc.
- Manage all travel arrangements and logistics including preparation of detailed itineraries
- Prepare and create new documents, presentations, spreadsheets ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Transcribe handwritten materials and/or dictation
- Input, review, edit and close fee earner time sheets in a timely manner
- Prepare matter openings, conflict checks and arranges for matter closings
Key Skills:
- 3-5 years of Legal PA experience within a law firm supporting at partner level
- Demonstrate strong document production skills and excellent knowledge of correct formatting techniques
- Passes at GCSE/O-level, Secretarial ILEX, or equivalent technical knowledge
