Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Corporate Banking Services team with account opening, KYC, AML reviews, and general administrative duties.
- Ensure timely onboarding of new clients while adhering to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Maintain accurate, organised client records, both hard copy and digital.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing first-class service throughout the onboarding process.
- Assist with the preparation of monthly and quarterly departmental reports.
- Ensure compliance with FCA/PRA Conduct Rules and internal compliance procedures.
- Contribute to process improvements and initiatives within the Corporate Banking Services department.
