Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the corporate access team on APAC events (management/execution)
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, investors, and internal teams
- Ensure smooth communication between stakeholders and the APAC corporate access team to ensure alignment
- Plan and execute APAC corporate access events such as investor meetings, roadshows, and conferences
- Coordinate logistics for APAC events, including scheduling, venue selection, and participant management
- Perform ad hoc assignments
Key Skills:
- Bachelor's degree or above
- 3+ years of corporate access experience in a sizeable company
- Excellent communication and organisation skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
