Acting for a blue-chip client base that includes major international financial institutions, multinational businesses, global investment firms and leading onshore law firms, the role will involve advising on a broad range of corporate and commercial work, including private equity transactions, IPOs, public and private M&A, joint ventures, corporate restructurings and SPACs.
