Send job Job Details Company Job Details The Cayman office of this highly ranked offshore firm has a new vacancy for a high calibre 3 - 5 PQE corporate lawyer. You will need to be admitted in either the UK, Australia, New Zealand or Canada and have gained your experience at a top-flight international or offshore firm. Acting for a blue-chip client base that includes major international financial institutions, multinational businesses, global investment firms and leading onshore law firms, the role will involve advising on a broad range of corporate and commercial work, including private equity transactions, IPOs, public and private M&A, joint ventures, corporate restructurings and SPACs. In addition you will engage in business development activities and be active in the promotion of the firm, seeking opportunities for new work and cross-selling.
