Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging virtual instructor-led training sessions focused on Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Demonstrate best practice agent creation techniques and design principles.
- Facilitate hands-on labs enabling participants to build and enhance agents in a supported environment.
- Adapt content and delivery style to suit both technical and business audiences.
- Deliver one-to-one and small-group coaching sessions focused on agent design and development.
- Support participants in progressing from idea to working prototype.
- Troubleshoot agent development challenges and provide practical guidance.
- Build confidence in testing, refining, publishing, and maintaining agents.
- Provide ongoing mentorship throughout the engagement.
Use Case Discovery & Business Consulting
- Facilitate workshops to identify and prioritise high-value automation and AI opportunities.
- Guide stakeholders through structured use case discovery activities.
- Help business teams articulate problems, opportunities, and success criteria.
- Assess feasibility and potential business value of proposed agents.
- Capture use cases and recommendations suitable for future development and investment.
Adoption & Community Enablement
- Establish and nurture a community of Copilot Studio champions.
- Create and share ongoing adoption content and learning resources.
- Facilitate champion checkpoints and community engagement activities.
