Summary: The role of Copilot Solutions Consultant involves designing, building, and delivering Microsoft Copilot-based solutions within a rapidly growing consultancy focused on digital transformation and AI. The consultant will engage with clients to facilitate the adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot and lead multi-disciplinary teams through various transformation projects. This position requires deep expertise in Microsoft technologies and a strong client-facing approach to ensure successful solution deployment. The environment is dynamic, emphasizing iterative delivery and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead client engagements, build strong relationships, and guide customers through Copilot adoption programmes.
- Facilitate workshops covering discovery, requirements, prompt engineering, user journeys, governance, and AI readiness.
- Design and develop solutions using Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Teams Toolkit.
- Translate business requirements into scalable, robust Copilot driven solutions aligned to Microsoft’s extensibility model.
- Lead and coordinate multi-disciplinary delivery teams to ensure alignment across technical, functional, and business workstreams.
- Manage and prioritise solution backlogs, create delivery estimates, and contribute to roadmap planning.
- Share best practices, reusable accelerators, and thought leadership with internal delivery teams and global technical communities.

We are seeking a client facing Copilot Solutions Consultant to design, build, and deliver Microsoft Copilot based solutions across a fast growing digital, AI, and business transformation portfolio. The role requires deep expertise across Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Teams extensibility, supporting customers through discovery, solution design, delivery, and adoption. This role sits within a rapidly scaling Microsoft aligned consultancy, supporting multi-client delivery across AI enablement, Microsoft 365 Copilot adoption, and custom Copilot agent development. You will lead engagements from initial scoping through to solution deployment, acting as the primary technical and functional interface with customer stakeholders. You will also work across an expanding pipeline of Copilot related transformation projects, including:
- Enterprise adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot
- Development of custom copilots using Copilot Studio
- Building agent based workflows using Power Platform and Teams Toolkit
- AI enablement engagements across business operations, customer service, knowledge management, and automation
- Multi-workstream delivery models involving cross functional project teams, PMs, and solution architects
