Summary: The role of Copilot Solutions Consultant involves engaging with clients to design, develop, and implement Microsoft Copilot-based solutions within a growing AI consultancy. The consultant will work closely with customers to ensure successful adoption and delivery of projects, leveraging expertise in Microsoft 365 Copilot and related technologies. This position requires strong relationship-building skills and the ability to translate business needs into effective technical solutions. The role is classified as inside IR35 and requires residency in the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead client engagements, building strong relationships, facilitating workshops, and guiding customers to successful Copilot adoption.
- Design and develop solutions using Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Teams Toolkit agents.
- Translate business requirements into scalable, effective technical solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions in complex and fast-paced environments.
- Lead and coordinate delivery teams to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.
- Manage and prioritise solution backlogs, supporting continuous improvement and contributing to delivery estimates.
- Share best practices and expertise in Copilot, Copilot Studio, and extensibility with internal and global teams.
