Summary: The role of Qualified Social Worker - Disabilities 0-25 Services at Conwy County Borough Council involves providing high-quality support to children and young people with disabilities. Key Responsibilities:
- Work with children and young people who have a physical or mental impairment affecting daily activities.

Key Skills:
- Qualified Social Worker with a minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience.
- Registered with Social Care Wales.

- Must be based locally or within a commutable distance to Conwy.
