Legal Administrator – Conveyancing Team: North Yorkshire | Temporary Role | Full-Time | Office-Based

A well-established law firm in North Yorkshire is seeking a Legal Administrator to join its busy Conveyancing team on an initial temporary basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised individual looking to gain experience within the legal sector, with full training provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing administrative support to the Conveyancing team.
  • Preparing and maintaining client files and documentation.
  • Managing emails, correspondence, and telephone enquiries.
  • Updating case management systems and records.
  • Assisting with scanning, filing, and general office administration.

Requirements

  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Previous administrative experience is beneficial but not essential.
