Key Responsibilities:
- Work on a consultancy, fee-sharing basis.
- Manage your own clients, fees, hours, and volume of work.

- Access and utilize firm resources, including accreditations and lender panels.
- Engage with a dedicated liaison team for support and training.
Key Skills:
- Qualified Solicitor, FCILEx, or Licensed Conveyancer.
- Minimum of 4 years PQE in residential or commercial property.
- Strong client management and business development skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.
- Familiarity with electronic systems and CMS.
