Summary: The Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) Specialist at Jet2.com will be responsible for driving an effective CRO roadmap across digital platforms to enhance user journeys. This role involves collaboration with business and technical teams to develop strategies that improve conversion rates. The position is a 15-month fixed-term contract covering maternity leave and offers hybrid working arrangements. Key Responsibilities:
- Optimise the experience and drive conversion uplift on websites across multiple platforms.
- Collaborate with the CRO Lead & UX team to create a CRO strategy and roadmap.
- Identify and analyse on-site behaviour and user research to inform testing strategy.
- Own a section of the roadmap to deliver CRO tests that meet business growth objectives.
- Provide detailed insights on experiments pre and post running to document a data-driven approach.
- Identify key areas of optimisation focus to enhance the digital experience.
Key Skills:
- Previous experience in AB/MVT testing.
- Ability to identify trends, create hypotheses, and analyse test significance.

Reporting to the Conversion Rate Optimisation Manager, our Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) Specialist will be joining our growing CRO Team within the Marketing function and will Take Responsibility for driving an effective CRO roadmap across our digital platforms to help validate new initiatives, approaches and optimisations in improving our user journey’s. Working as One Team , you will collaborate effectively with both the business and technical teams to understand business requirements as well as customer/user needs working closely with UX, and effectively feeding test ideas in to the CRO strategy. What You'll Do Our Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) Specialist will be responsible for optimising the experience and driving conversion uplift on our websites across multiple platforms, instilling a real ‘test and learn’ ethos within the business. You will also:
- Work closely with the CRO Lead & UX team to help create a CRO strategy and roadmap for both Jet2.com and Jet2holidays, identifying and analysing on-site behaviour and user research to drive our testing strategy further.
- Own a section of the roadmap to help deliver CRO tests that meet business growth objectives.
- Provide detailed insights on experiments pre and post running to help share and document a data driven approach to optimisation.
- Put forward key areas of optimisation focus where validating change could help with developments of the digital experience across different platform.
What You'll Have Our Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) Specialist will have previous experience in AB/MVT testing and can identify trends, create hypotheses, analyse test significance and create testing plans. You will also:
- Be an expert in spotting areas for improvement from both detailed analytics and your previous experience in UX/CRO.
- Be an analytical thinker, with experience using AB/MVT tools and have a solid understanding of CRO in order to put forward test ideas that have clear KPI’s.
- Be a confident communicator, with the ability to explain test results in a simple and effective manner to a variety of audiences.
