Summary: The Contracts Manager - Roofing is responsible for overseeing project costs, securing skilled labor, and ensuring the timely execution of roofing contracts. This role involves liaising with clients and contractors, producing necessary documentation such as RAMS, and conducting regular site inspections. The manager will also handle invoicing and maintain relationships with ongoing contracts through monthly meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive handover order from Estimator/admin process and assess costs against budget and specifications.
• Conduct surveys/pre-site inspections as required for quotations.
• Produce a programme of works and secure appropriate skilled labor for project completion.
• Quantify materials needed and coordinate with Contracts Co-Ordinator for ordering.
• Liaise with main contractor/client/tenant regarding project commencement dates.
• Produce RAMS and ensure CDM considerations are met.
• Conduct site inductions with the project team.
• Perform regular site visits and maintain communication with main contractor/client.
• Sign off completed jobs with main contractor/client and produce snagging lists if necessary.
• Delegate emergency work as required and maintain ongoing contracts through monthly meetings with GM/Ops Manager.
• Forward documentation for invoicing and ensure all scaffolding tags are completed and submitted.
