Key Responsibilities:
- Managing multiple structural steel and temporary works contracts from award through to completion
- Overseeing fabrication, design coordination, and site installation
- Liaising with engineers, designers, clients, and site teams to ensure projects run smoothly
- Managing project programmes, budgets, and resources
- Ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations and quality standards
- Attending site meetings and maintaining strong client relationships
- Reviewing drawings and coordinating with design teams to resolve technical issues
Key Skills:
- Proven experience as a Contracts Manager or Project Manager within structural steel or steel fabrication
- Strong understanding of steel design, fabrication processes, and temporary works
- Experience managing projects across multiple London sites
- Ability to read and interpret engineering and fabrication drawings
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Full UK driving licence
- Relevant construction qualifications preferred
