Summary: The role of Contracts Manager Infrastructure/Construction (NEC) is a long-term contract position based in Birmingham or London, focusing on managing complex corporate contracts within a public sector organization. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of complex corporate contracts from mobilisation through to contract completion.
- Lead contract governance, change control and contract administration activities.
- Monitor supplier performance, contractual compliance and service delivery.
- Identify, manage and mitigate commercial and contractual risks.
- Produce and maintain contract management plans.
- Support supplier mobilisation, transition and contract exit activities.
- Manage contract variations, early warnings and formal dispute resolution where required.
- Review supplier financial standing and manage associated commercial risks.
- Prepare commercial reports and provide advice to internal stakeholders.
- Build strong relationships with suppliers and internal business teams to ensure successful contract delivery.
- Promote best practice in governance, compliance and value for money.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Contracts Manager to join one of the UK's largest and most high-profile infrastructure programmes.
Working within a collaborative commercial team, you will manage a portfolio of corporate contracts, ensuring suppliers deliver value for money, contractual compliance and excellent performance throughout the contract lifecycle.
This role is ideal for an experienced public sector contracts professional who enjoys stakeholder engagement, commercial problem-solving and contract governance within a complex environment.

- Professional qualification such as MCIPS, MRICS or NEC Practitioner.
