Key Responsibilities
- Manage Site Managers, subcontractors and site teams.
- Oversee multiple Retrofit and Planned Works projects.
- Ensure works are delivered safely, on programme and within budget.
- Manage client relationships and attend regular client meetings.
- Ensure contract documentation and reporting is completed accurately.
- Support bids, tenders and procurement planning.
About You
- Experience as a Contracts Manager within Social Housing.
- Strong background in Retrofit and Planned Works.
- Knowledge of PAS 2030 & PAS 2035 is essential.
- Experience with SHDF and associated documentation.
- Strong client-facing and communication skills.
- Full UK driving licence.
- SMSTS/relevant NVQ and First Aid desirable.
- DBS check required.
