DCS Recruitment currently seek an experienced Contracts Manager - Fit Out in Belfast, on behalf of a national construction contractor, working on a major bank refurbishment project.

Project: Bank Refurbishment
Duration: Long-term project / until completion
Candidate must have:
- Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within the construction / fit out sector
- Strong experience managing commercial fit out or refurbishment projects
- Previous experience working on live / occupied sites would be advantageous
- Experience managing subcontractors, site teams and suppliers
- Strong knowledge of construction programmes, RAMS, QA and health & safety
- Ability to manage project delivery from pre-start through to completion
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Valid CSR / CSCS card
- Relevant construction qualifications
- Asbestos Awareness - or must be willing to complete the course (Free course provided if needed)
- Manual Handling - or must be willing to complete the course (Free course provided if needed)
