Manage, negotiate, and settle final accounts across commercial projects
Assist internal teams in resolving contractual disputes and commercial claims
Lead client contract negotiations and advise on commercial risks and terms
Work directly with project teams and directors to ensure profitability and compliance
The Person
Contracts Manager, Quantity Surveyor, or similar commercial background
Background in Construction, Building Services, or HVAC
Degree in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent commercial discipline)
Minimum 3 years of commercial/contract management experience
Commutable to Manchester (On-site / Full-time)
