Their services include civil engineering, groundworks, FRC works, external works, and earthworks, all tailored to their clients unique requirements.
Role And Requirements
Managing on multiple projects across the North West and Midlands, we are looking for a Contracts Manager with the following experience:
- Civils Sub-Contractor background and experience.
- Commercially & contractually aware.
- Ability to organise & manage labour/plant/materials/site based staff & operatives.
- Experience in civil engineering related to; highways works, Groundworks, FRC Works, drainage, water, infrastructure.
- Works as part of a team as well as being able to be self-organised and work under own motivation.
- The candidate in the role would report to the Directors.
- Be a main point of contact for clients representatives, liaise with clients, attend client led meetings.
- Understanding of technical standards, specifications & procedures.
- Keen eye for detail and quality.
- Estimating and tendering experience.
- Knowledge of programming and progress reporting.
- Health & safety knowledge & experience for the preparation of RAMs and safe systems.
The Salary And Package Are Negotiable Dependent On Experience
