Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the assessment, negotiation, and resolution of major contractual claims from offshore contractors and LLI suppliers.
- Ensure protection of company interests and effective dispute resolution in line with project and governance requirements.
Key Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field (e.g. Business, Engineering, Law, Supply Chain, etc.)
- 8+ years in a business-related role, including 4+ years in Oil & Gas and 1+ year in supervisory or contractor oversight roles.
- Experience in EPCI contract administration and claims (offshore, large-scale projects).
- Proven success in resolving contractual disputes amicably.
- Experience in mediation, arbitration, and litigation processes.
- Knowledge of Middle Eastern legal frameworks (preferred).
- Strong English communication skills.
- Negotiation, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
- High attention to detail and reporting capability.
- Computer literate (Primavera P6 preferred).
- Practical knowledge of dispute processes (e.g. Redfern Schedules, statements of case/defence, discovery, witness preparation, legal coordination).

Qualifications
