Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize Jira and Confluence for project tracking, documentation, and team collaboration.
- Apply Agile metrics to monitor progress and optimize performance.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies to drive team alignment and delivery.
- Ensure clear communication across teams and stakeholders.
- Promote continuous improvement and stakeholder engagement.
- Align project execution with business objectives and timelines.
- Take ownership of assigned projects and drive measurable outcomes.
- Manage multiple teams and competing priorities in a large-scale PMO environment.
- Balance hands-on execution with strategic planning.
Key Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Finance, or related field.
- 5+ years of project management experience in a financial services environment.
- Proven track record of managing complex, multi-staged projects.
- Project Management Professional (PMP), Agile Certification, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PRINCE2, or Six Sigma Green Belt certification preferred.
- Familiarity with project and portfolio management tools, specifically the Atlassian suite.
- Strategic and tactical thinking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and risk management skills.
- Cultural and emotional intelligence for managing cross-cultural teams.
