Summary: The Contract Training Design & Development Officer at Ultra Maritime is responsible for leading the analysis and enhancement of training content to meet evolving military requirements. This role involves collaboration with internal teams and Ministry of Defence stakeholders to ensure training materials align with technical specifications and operational needs. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the analysis, conversion, and upgrading of existing training content in line with evolving requirements.
  • Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and Training Gap Analysis (TGA) using the Defence Systems Approach to Training (DSAT) and JSP822 framework.
  • Collaborate with internal project teams and MoD stakeholders to ensure alignment with current technical specifications, training standards and operational needs.
  • Develop uplifted training materials in accordance with company and MoD policies.
  • Potentially take on a team lead role for designated work packages.
