Contract Test Analyst - Dynamics 365 CRM

Summary: The role of Contract Test Analyst involves supporting a transformation program to migrate to a new Dynamics 365 CRM solution. The position requires designing and executing test plans, performing various types of testing, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The analyst will also validate workflows and provide user acceptance testing support. This is a hybrid role based in Leeds, requiring in-person attendance once a week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
• Perform functional, integration, system, and regression testing
• Identify, document, and track defects using test management tools
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle
• Validate custom workflows, plugins, and business logic within Dynamics 365 CRM
• Conduct UAT support and provide guidance to business users during testing phases
• Contribute to continuous testing process improvement and automation initiatives

Key Skills:

• Proven experience testing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
• Hands-on experience with test case management and defect tracking tools (eg, Azure DevOps, Jira)
• Support integration testing across Power Apps
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to write clear and concise test documentation
• Experience in Agile/Scrum
• Familiarity with test automation tools is a plus (eg, Selenium, SpecFlow)
