- Organise and structure documentation using modern tools and platforms (e.g., Markdown, GitHub).

- Deliver high-quality content within agreed timelines, contributing to an improved user experience.
Key Skills:
- Experience as a Technical Author, preferably in SaaS, financial services, or data modeling domains.
- Proficiency in technical writing tools such as Markdown, DITA, or similar.
- Experience managing documentation on platforms like GitHub, Notion or Confluence.
- Familiarity with financial services, data modeling, or regulatory reporting (e.g., CDM, DRR) is a plus.
- Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, user-friendly content.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
