• Review project drawings for cost-saving opportunities and ensure budget compliance.
• Produce buying analysis and manage procurement of subcontractor orders.
• Issue project outturn cost sheets and ensure timely agreement of final accounts.
• Monitor changes on drawings and flag cost implications before work begins.
