Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Production & Technical Leads to manage risks and scope changes.
- Participate in design meetings and maintain contract sum analysis and cash flow.
- Manage subcontractor valuations, payments, and final accounts.
- Review project drawings for cost-saving opportunities and ensure budget compliance.
- Produce buying analysis and manage procurement of subcontractor orders.
- Issue project outturn cost sheets and ensure timely agreement of final accounts.
- Monitor changes on drawings and flag cost implications before work begins.
Key Skills:
- Relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying or Construction.
- Experience in contract/quantity surveying in the construction industry.
- Strong numerical and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of UK building regulations and health and safety standards.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for liaising with teams and clients.
