The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Contract Support Administrator to join the facilities team at a prestigious corporate banking site in Central London.
This is a busy, client-facing position supporting the day-to-day delivery of a large Facilities Management contract.
You'll work closely with the engineering and management teams, ensuring maintenance activities, documentation and client requests are managed efficiently.
We're particularly interested in candidates who have previously worked in a similar corporate, banking or high-profile commercial environment and understand the level of service expected.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the contract and engineering teams
- Manage PPM and reactive maintenance tasks through the CAFM system
- Raise and track purchase orders
- Liaise with engineers, subcontractors and suppliers
- Monitor outstanding jobs and ensure SLAs are achieved
- Produce reports and maintain accurate contract documentation
- Support invoicing and general financial administration
- Coordinate contractor attendance and associated paperwork
- Respond professionally to client requests and queries
- Assist the Contract Manager with general contract administration
What We're Looking For
- Previous Contract Support / Facilities Administration experience
- Experience within a banking, financial services or high-profile corporate environment is highly desirable
- Good understanding of Facilities Management and engineering contracts
- Experience using CAFM systems
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- Confident communicator with a professional, client-facing approach
- Comfortable working within a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities
