Key Responsibilities:

  • Acting as the main point of contact and providing support by answering calls and emails in a professional and timely manner.
  • Prioritizing tasks based on client information.
  • Generating purchase order numbers for subcontractors.
  • Managing invoices and compliance.
  • Liaising closely with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders.
  • Managing complaints accordingly.
  • Logging engineers' timesheets, holiday, and overtime.
  • Ensuring contract work is completed in a timely manner.
  • Ensuring that KPIs are met on time.
  • Providing weekly, monthly, and yearly reports.

Key Skills:

  • Excellent computer skills with proficiency in email, word processing, invoices, and Excel.
  • Strong administrative background.
  • Experience working within a Facilities Management environment with CAFM systems (desired).
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Financial background: POs, invoices, budget reports, and dealing with cost-effectiveness of a contract.
