Summary: This role is for a Contract Support Administrator at a Data Centre client, focusing on providing administrative support to the Operations team to meet contractual obligations. The position involves managing supplier orders, compiling reports, and liaising with various levels of the operations team. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and possess strong communication and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand, anticipate and deliver customer needs while building effective relationships.
- Raise and chase supplier orders, including dealing with supplier queries.
- Input engineers' time sheets onto relevant systems.
- Compile Customer Monthly Reports and other reports as required.
- Produce quotations in the required format and in line with agreed processes.
- Update and upload information to the client’s systems in a timely manner.
- Liaise with the operations team from engineer to director level.
- Raise AWS sheets accurately and timely, and chase old AWS’s.
- Focus on WIP and keep it below 3 months.
- Cover other team members' annual leave and sickness.
- Compile information required for credit notes to be raised.
- Deal with invoice queries and achieve suitable resolutions.
- General filing and organization of work area.
- Raise invoices for completed works in a timely manner.
- Carry out other general administration duties as required.
- Ensure the Company is presented in a good light at all times.
- Attend team briefings as required.
- Co-operate with the company to fulfill its moral and legal duties and obligations.

This is a position for a Contract Support Administrator to join one of our Data Centre clients. You will play a pivotal role within this contract by supporting the wider team and ensuring we deliver our contractual obligations. The main duty of this role is to provide administration support to the Operations team and help them fulfil our contract obligations to our clients.
Main Roles & Responsibilities Of The Contract Support Administrator
