- Provide technical leadership to the team, ensuring effective support and maintenance of operational services.

- Drive continuous improvement by leading and owning initiatives focused on process optimisation, automation, and increased operational efficiency.
Essential Criteria
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrated proficiency in understanding end-to-end systems, including integration and dependencies with other services, to deliver comprehensive solutions.
- Demonstrated expertise in configuring, enhancing, and patching software applications to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Extensive experience in conducting user acceptance testing for applications, ensuring alignment with business requirements and delivering high-quality stable solutions.
- Advanced skills in Scripting and programming languages, such as Bash and Python.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Deliver technical assurance to the technical leadership team, including the Lead Technical Architect and Lead DevOps Engineer, empowering informed strategic decision-making.
- In-depth knowledge of the ITIL framework, along with hands-on experience managing high-risk changes and incident management.
- Demonstrates a proactive commitment to team responsibilities, recognising that participation in the team's out-of-hours support roster is an essential and mandatory aspect of the role.
- Experience with CI/CD development processes and IT automation tools, such as Ansible.
